  • To configure routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and Meraki devices
  • To configure and maintain Domain Name Server (DNS), Network Time Protocol (NTP), Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) servers for the business requirements
  • To take part in technical consultations and plan for new solutions along with security team members
  • To engage in fixing the calls and support team and its users to resolve the problems
  • To take part in projects along with network engineering and help in supporting along with providing application plans
  • To supervise the day-to-day operations needed to work on cases and other changes
  • To interact with customers via phone or email to work towards fixing the network issues
