Field Engineer gives you the flexibility to pay your engineers on an hourly basis /Fixed Cost/Per device basis, whichever you choose. Once you post a job the money from your account will be deducted (based on the maximum hours and rate) and held in an escrow account. After the engineer completes the job, based on your approval of hours or work, the money will be transferred to the engineers account and the remaining balance will be transferred to your account.
