The Contract terms in our User Agreement set forth the confidentiality of your information as your own intellectual property, our service agreement by default contain a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) which many clients consider ample for this purpose. You may also add additional confidentiality terms to your job, if needed you can get a Non-Disclosure Agreement signed by the Field Engineer.
