How do I put an active job on hold?

Field Engineer providers with a ‘Lock’ functionality by which you can put the active job on hold.

Once you lock the job, engineer will not be able to make any changes i.e. checkout, request additional hours or message on the workorder.

To do so, click on the ‘Lock’ icon present at the top of the workorder page in fieldengiener.com.
